Dead Space remake 1.003 patch notes
The new update 1.003 has just dropped, fixing graphical glitches and removing any small bugs the developers may find, as well as those reported by new Dead Space PS5 players, according to the subreddit.
These are the issues already solved:
- Major PS5 graphics issues. Patch released on PS5 and Steam, EA Play and Xbox ongoing
- Xbox users can’t stream the game on Twitch
- NVIDIA graphics driver issues
- Missing items including battery, weapons and schematics, invisible enemies
- Limited Run Games pre-order codes not working

The current issues which have been listed goes as follows:
- Stuttering on PC – still under investigation
- Infinite death loops – investigation. Recommended to verify that your game is not installed on a hard drive
- Chapter-specific items not appearing or bugs preventing progress – investigated. If on PC, please check that your game is not installed on a hard drive, but rather on an SSD

- Problems accepting user agreements – The fix is to unplug your console for 30 seconds and plug it back in
- PC version stuck on rendering shaders, crashing, refusing to start, among others
- PC version suffering from sprint, keyboard and controller issues
